Welcome to the GHC RPG bookings page.

Here, you can book a place in upcoming RPG games run at GHC, as well as reserve our private RPG room if you’d like to host a game of your own.

We regularly run a mix of one shots, campaign sessions, beginner friendly games and special events across a range of different RPG systems. Booking ahead helps us manage numbers, prepare the space and make sure there’s a seat waiting for you when you arrive.

For games run by GHC, payment is taken on the night at our usual session rate, while GHC monthly members can join these sessions for free unless otherwise stated.

If you’re looking to run your own game, you can also book our RPG room for a private session. Once your booking has been made, we’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable date and time.

Need a space for your next RPG session?

Book our private RPG room at GHC HQ in 4-hour blocks for £30.

Private table bookings are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays, subject to availability. Once your booking has been made, we’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable date and time for your session.

Ideal for D&D, Pathfinder, Warhammer RPGs and other tabletop roleplaying games. Bring your group, your campaign and your dice, and we’ll provide the space.

Private Event Hire

Looking for a space to host your own gaming event? Click above to get in touch.

GHC HQ is available to hire for private, non-commercial gaming events, including campaign days, board game sessions, club meet-ups, casual tournaments and other hobby gatherings.

This booking is for groups running their own private event and is not suitable for paid workshops, ticketed events, retail activity or other commercial use. Our flexible gaming space can be set up around your event.
