GHC Community Showcase Programme

The Glasgow Hobby Clan (GHC) Community Showcase Programme is designed to promote miniature painting and strengthen Scotland’s tabletop community by bringing the hobby directly into local stores and venues. GHC exists to make the hobby accessible, social, and inspiring — creating spaces where painters of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced artists, can connect, share skills, and feel part of a wider creative community.

What Is a GHC Community Showcase Programme?

The GHC Community Showcase Programme is an in-store display and engagement initiative designed to promote miniature painting and introduce new hobbyists to the Glasgow Hobby Clan. It is not a competition or formal workshop, but a light, welcoming presence featuring painted miniatures, dioramas, and conversation. The goal is to inspire customers, showcase the creativity within the hobby, and foster connections between local venues and the broader painting community.

Benefits to the Venue

Hosting a GHC Community Showcase brings increased customer engagement, encouraging visitors to stay longer, interact, and become more involved with the hobby. Your venue will receive promotion across GHC’s social channels and website, enhancing visibility within Scotland’s growing painting and tabletop audience. The presence of professionally painted miniatures and dioramas helps inspire hobbyists and supports sales of paints, tools, and models, directly linking inspiration to purchase. By partnering with GHC, your store aligns with a respected grassroots community initiative and demonstrates genuine support for hobby development—all with minimal disruption or setup required on your part.
